Continuing Education Requirements
Affiliate Brokers
16 hours of approved education every two years to renew the license. The 6-hour Core Course is part of this requirement.
Brokers
120 additional hours within three years of becoming a Broker. Then, 16 hours every two years thereafter.
CLI offers a variety of home study courses to meet these requirements.

TREC Core Course
This is the required 6-hour course Affiliate Brokers and Brokers must take every two years to renew their license.

8-Hour Credit Course
- Foreclosures, Short Sales, REOs, and Auctions
- Course Fee: $85 Each
30-Hour Credit Courses
- Introduction to Real Estate Law
- Essentials of Real Estate Investment
- The Course for New Affiliates (Qualifying ONLY Course*)
- Broker/Office Management (Qualifying ONLY Course*)
- Course Fee: $185 Each
